James Frizelle Charitable Foundation grant for the “Respectful Relationships and Cultural Competence Project.”

We’re feeling incredibly blessed here at the Byron Bay Herb Nursery to have been chosen as a recipient for a James Frizelle Charitable Foundation grant. This grant has allowed us to move forward with our “Respectful Relationships and Cultural Competence Project.”

This project has supported our employees to develop relationships characterised by equality, respect and free from violence whilst also giving them the ability to understand, communicate with and effectively interact with people across cultures.

It has helped us understand the cycles of respect and contribution with land, elders, family & community - looking after and sharing with one another and allowing everyone to contribute something whatever their ability is.
